THE ROLE As a community-based OT you will support Adults (16+) with a wide range of disability at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional capacity assessments and goal-oriented interventions. Prescribe Assistive Technology and home modifications. Collaborate with families and support teams to drive real-world independence. Manage your own schedule across Sydney’s Eastern and surrounding suburbs.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Compliance: Current AHPRA registration, Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening. Mobility: Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. Experience: Ideally 2+ years in OT (NDIS experience is highly regarded), but not essential.
