A rare and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate neonatal nursing leader to join our exceptional team as a Nurse Unit Manager.

This is more than a management role. It is an opportunity to lead a highly skilled, compassionate and dedicated team that cares for some of the most vulnerable patients and their families during most critical moments of their lives.

Using your clinical expertise and leadership skills, you'll coordinate patient care, support multidisciplinary collaboration, and drive positive outcomes for babies, their families and the communities they are a part of. About you:

Neonatal nursing, supported by demonstrated leadership and management experience within a complex healthcare environments.

A proven ability to think creatively, embrace innovation and adapt to the evolving needs of the service.

Outstanding leadership capability, with highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

A genuine commitment to developing people, creating opportunities for growth and fostering a culture where staff feel supported to reach their full potential.

The ability to evaluate, influence and improve models of care to ensure they remain patient and family centred.

A passion for quality improvement, evidence-based practice and achieving excellent outcomes for babies and families.

The ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams and lead with authenticity, empathy and vision.
