Your New Role
As the National Administration Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the national administration function and play a pivotal role in keeping the business operating at its best. With responsibility for office operations, facilities, workplace services, procurement and WHS across multiple sites, you'll lead a team of 6 while partnering with senior leaders to create an efficient, high-performing and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple office locations nationally Oversee facilities management, liaising with landlords, contractors and service providers Manage procurement, supplier relationships and contract negotiations Drive workplace health, safety and compliance initiatives Coordinate office logistics, travel and corporate events Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across administration, office management and workplace services Partner with senior stakeholders to continually improve operational efficiency and employee experience
About You
You'll bring proven experience leading workplace or business support functions within a corporate environment, along with a passion for creating exceptional workplaces.
You'll also have:
Experience in office management, workplace operations, corporate services, business services or facilities management Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams Experience managing operations across multiple sites Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing suppliers and contracts Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
