Hands-On Leadership Role – Accommodation & Vehicle Provided

KRSP is seeking a hands-on Municipal Services Supervisor to lead our team in Ringer Soak (Kundat Djaru), approx 170kms SE of Hall’s Creek, Western Australia.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of essential municipal services that help keep the community safe, clean, and operational. You’ll lead a small team delivering a range of services, from waste collection, fire prevention activities and infrastructure maintenance to helping keep community spaces clean, safe and well maintained.

If you’re someone who enjoys working closely with people, mentoring staff, and making a visible difference every day, this is the role for you. Key responsibilities of the role:

Leading and supporting a team of Municipal Service Officers
Coordinating routine waste collection and management activities
Overseeing the upkeep of community infrastructure, parks, gardens, rubbish facilities, and communal areas
Managing firebreak maintenance and supporting community safety initiatives
Building positive relationships with community members and stakeholders
Completing reports, service records, and operational data collection
Ensuring plant, vehicles, and equipment are maintained and stored safely

Location and Roster

Residential role in Ringer Soak (Kundat Djaru)
Permanent full-time position
Monday to Friday roster

What you will need

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead by example.

Essential criteria:

Ability to work in remote locations, inclusive of experience with driving on remote unsealed roads
Ability to manage own work tasks with minimal direction
Experience managing a small team
Ability to interact and collaborate with individuals of all backgrounds
Current C class driver’s licence and a good driving history
First aid certification
National Police Clearance
Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Conditions

Annual Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annual Leave: 4 weeks Accommodation: Accommodation provided, including utilities and internet Vehicle: Work vehicle provided
