Fortunext holdings pty Ltd Your duties will include but not limited to: Overseeing the daily operation of the motel  Leading, supervising, and developing staff to foster a productive and professional workplace culture, including training, performance monitoring, and ongoing support. Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, health, and safety requirements, as well as internal policies and operational procedures. Managing financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and implementing strategies to optimise revenue and occupancy rates. Coordinating the upkeep and presentation of the property, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring facilities meet established standards. Handling guest relations with professionalism, including addressing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience Overseeing booking processes and accommodation availability through effective use of property management and reservation systems. Facilitating communication between departments (including housekeeping and front office operations) to ensure seamless daily function. Required skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure. A keen attention to details Great time management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and pride in leading by example Our successful candidate will have the followings: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hotel/Motel Management  3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above Proven track record of team leadership and operational success Work hours will be 5 days a week 9:00 am to 5:00pm with occasional requirements outsidestandard hours for special events.
