Your new role

We are seeking experienced Mining Systems Specialists to join a Technology Remote Operations team supporting critical Operational Technology (OT) systems across multiple sites.
Working on a 24/7 lifestyle roster (12.5‑hour shifts), you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of mining systems, including fleet management and autonomous solutions.

• Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting mining systems and applications in real time
• Troubleshooting and resolving system incidents to minimise downtime
• Triaging issues and coordinating with cross‑functional teams
• Supporting and optimising Fleet Management and Autonomous Haulage Systems
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance
• Understanding system architecture, data flows, and integration across platform

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience across a combination of the following systems and technologies:

• FMS Modular (Komatsu Frontrunner, Dispatch, Provision)

• FMS MineStar (Command, Fleet, Terrain)

• Autonomous drilling systems (Surface Manager, SAMS)

• Driver Safety Systems (DSS)

• Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS)

• Experience in operational technology, mining, or industrial environments (highly regarded)

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
