Position: Management Accountant
Contract Type: Temporary with potential to transition to a permanent position

About the Company
Our client is a well-established organisation based in Canning Vale. Due to an increased workload and ongoing business growth, they are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team on an initial temporary basis, with the potential for the role to convert to permanent for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, improving processes and providing meaningful financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing weekly and monthly management reports, including detailed variance analysis
  • Ensuring revenue and costs are accurately recognised and allocated across the business
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Monitoring and reporting on capital expenditure and project costs
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving efficiencies across finance processes
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate financial reporting
About You
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role
  • Strong reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
