Maintenance Technician job in Canning Vale, paying $85'000 + super for a global manufacturer. Your new company My client is a global manufacturer who is looking for a maintenance technician for growth in their Canning Vale factory. Your new role This role will be a hands-on role that requires day-to-day maintenance, repair and servicing of machinery in their factory, including liaising with external contractors and equipment suppliers. You will support the development of recommendations for improving production processes by minimising risks, costs and waste. Part of the role will be to help increase maximum capacity, allowing for future growth, and scheduling maintenance around seasonal production fluctuations. What you'll need to succeed My clients' machinery is specific to them, so the ability to read technical drawings is advantageous. Management of site maintenance purchasing functions, with a particular view on reducing the cost of directly purchased spares. Passion for developing others through excellence in leadership and developing operator maintenance schedules. A proven ability in delivery of process engineering projects.
