Randstad is looking for an experienced maintenance fitter to join one of our defence clients in Bendigo. Ongoing casual position offering a competitive base rate of $49.18 per hour. Monday-Friday 6:34am-3:30pm (You get an RDO) MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN The role:

Perform planned routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance. Diagnose mechanical faults, dismantle components, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements while adhering to all safety protocols. Read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals to guide repair and assembly tasks safely and accurately. Collaborate with your team to support continuous improvement and resolve technical issues, promoting a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What you need

MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN.
Certificate III Engineering - fitter/ mechanical trade. Pass a National Police Check with no outcomes.
