As a Loader Operator/Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader while supporting day-to-day site operations. This is a hands-on position and maintenance and labouring duties will form a significant part of the role. The successful applicant must be willing to get off the machine and assist the team wherever required.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a front-end loader safely and efficiently Loading trucks and managing stockpiles Assisting with routine plant and equipment maintenance Carrying out general labouring duties across the site Supporting breakdowns, repairs and site upkeep activities Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following all workplace health and safety procedures

 What you'll need to succeed    

Proven experience operating a front-end loader Relevant machinery tickets and licences Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with maintenance Understanding that maintenance and labouring are key requirements of the role Reliable transport Willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing
