Your new company A Financial Services organisation requires a Level 2 IT Support Analyst for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, based in their Melbourne CBD office. This role enables flexible working arrangements. Your new role In this exciting role, you will be:
Providing level 2 IT support to ~280 employees. Performing technical support for cloud, servers, network and hardware. Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects. Acting as an escalation point for junior members of the IT team. Contributing to cyber awareness training and managing internal phishing campaigns. Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Prior experience in providing level 2 end-user IT support in a corporate setting. Sound knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Intune / SCCM, AVD / Citrix, PowerShell scripting and Network troubleshooting. Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial. Prior experience working in a Financial Services organisation is highly regarded.
