We are seeking an experienced Registered Architect to join our client team as a Lead Project Architect, delivering a diverse portfolio of significant public sector projects. About the Role As Project Lead Architect, you will lead the planning, design and delivery of a range of capital works projects, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and government partners. You will provide architectural leadership across multiple projects, ensuring design excellence, compliance, value for money and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and project delivery across a portfolio of capital works projects. Manage external consultants, architects and multidisciplinary design teams. Provide expert advice on planning, design, sustainability and building compliance. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical project outcomes. Review and endorse design documentation, specifications and construction deliverables. Contribute to strategic planning and the future development of public infrastructure assets.

About You You are a collaborative and commercially aware architect who enjoys navigating complex projects and bringing people together to achieve great outcomes.

You will bring:

Registration as an Architect in Australia. Significant experience leading architectural projects from concept through to completion. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary teams and the ability to communicate technical requirements simply. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Experience delivering public sector projects will be highly regarded.
