LAWN & GARDEN MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER Legendary Landscaping Australia is a growing lawn, garden and landscape maintenance business servicing residential and commercial properties. We’re looking for a young, motivated team member who is eager to learn, develop their skills and grow with our business. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to become a trusted team member and crew leader long term. 📍 Location & Work Areas The workday starts each morning in Beaumaris, with work carried out across Bayside, Kingston, Glen Eira and the Mornington Peninsula. This is a hands-on, physically demanding outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a young and ambitious team, and wants to build a future in the landscaping and garden maintenance industry. Work is available 5 days per week, initially on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position and leadership role for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing
• Ride-on and push mowing
• Lawn edging and whipper snipping
• Hedge and shrub trimming
• Weeding and general garden maintenance
• Blowing down hard surfaces and site clean-ups
• Green waste removal
• Assisting with soil preparation, planting, mulching and turf installation
• Working across residential and commercial properties as part of a small team What We’re Looking For
• Eager to learn with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Manual driver’s licence preferred, or currently working towards one
• High attention to detail
• Respectful and careful when working around our clients’ homes and properties
• Working with Children Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain them What We Offer
