Looking for IT Support Fresher - Brendale - North Brisbane NOTE: Candidate who have 3+ years of experience are not eligible to apply for this role. Your New Company: Our client is a successful family-owned advertising company operating within the promotional products industry. With a workforce of approximately 200-300 employees, the organisation combines international product sourcing with local production and decoration services. The business values responsive internal support and relies on a stable IT environment to keep both office and production operations running efficiently. Your New Role: As an IT Support Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal staff, providing day-to-day technical support across the organisation. Working closely with the IT team, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues while ensuring users receive timely and effective support. Providing first-line IT support for hardware, software, and system access issues. Supporting users across a large onsite production facility and remote staff. Managing user onboarding, account administration, and offboarding activities. Administering Microsoft 365 licences and Active Directory user accounts. Supporting Windows-based domain environments and Microsoft 365 applications. Assisting with specialised production systems and coordinating vendor escalations when required. Utilising remote support and monitoring tools such as TeamViewer and Pulseway. Maintaining IT documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. What you will need to succeed: Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk position. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Basic Active Directory administration experience, including user management and permissions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service capabilities. Experience supporting users in a hands-on onsite environment. The ability to work effectively within a small collaborative IT team. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn new technologies. Exposure to remote support tools and monitoring platforms will be highly regarded.
