IT SUPPORT ANALYST | PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY | PERTH WA Your new company Hays is currently partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their expanding international support team. Your new role In this role, you will provide IT support to a diverse, global user base across multiple regions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across a range of systems and technologies while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide support across hardware, software, networking, and user access issues Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes Administer MFA resets and password support Manage users and devices via modern identity and device platforms Support email security, device encryption, and remote management tools Maintain accurate ticketing system updates and documentation Deliver efficient and professional support within a global IT environment What you'll need to succeed Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 Exposure to networking fundamentals and end-user hardware support Familiarity with service desk or ticketing systems Experience or exposure to identity management, device management, or security tools (advantageous) Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Only applicants with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency will be considered as it's an ongoing position.
