Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:

Acting as the primary point of contact for IT operations, support, and technology improvement initiatives. Providing high-quality end-user support across hardware, software and business-critical applications. Managing relationships with external IT providers and ensuring service delivery standards are met. Supporting and improving key practice management, accounting and business systems. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience and reduce support issues. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and providing calm, effective support during busy operational periods.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:

Previous experience supporting technology environments within Accounting, Legal, or Professional Services organisations. Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies, end-user computing and IT operations. Exposure to business applications such as Xero, MYOB, Access APS/APM, or similar practice management platforms. Proven ability to prioritise competing requests and perform effectively in fast-paced, business-critical periods. Experience managing vendors and external service providers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels of the business. A proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
