Salary: $79,433.52 - $113,298.98 (pro-rata) + super + salary packaging

About the role

Support the manufacture and supply of cardiovascular tissue grafts, ensuring products are prepared to the required standards and timelines.

Work closely with the Production Manager and Quality Manager to complete production, documentation and operational activities.

Maintain accurate files, records and procedure manuals, ensuring donor and recipient information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.

Contribute to quality assurance, monitoring and continuous improvement activities to support safe and high-quality outcomes.

Participate in out-of-hours and weekend on-call duties once fully trained, supporting the ongoing supply of cardiovascular tissue grafts.

About you

Bring strong integrity and a commitment to St Vincent's values, with relevant experience in health, medical or life sciences environments.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of anatomy and medical terminology, with the ability to follow procedures, protocols and documentation accurately.

Have hands-on experience with aseptic techniques in sterile, controlled or clean-room environments, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Communicate confidently and professionally, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
