The Role: 20 horticulture workers are required starting December 2026 up to nine months across properties in Billimari, NSW. Workers must be available to work Monday to Sunday under rotation between 6am to 5pm. Hours of work will vary daily with the demands, averaging 30 hours per week. Wages will be paid under the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028) at Level 1 casual hourly rate ($32.18 per hour). This work is mainly outdoors in various weather conditions and involves picking, planting, packing and general crop management of melons and vegetables.

About you / Criteria The ideal candidates should have:
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability and ability to stay for the entire duration.
• Ability to work flexible hours as rosters will vary.
• A reliable positive attitude toward work with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Be physically fit and self-motivated as you may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Full working rights for Australia.
• Have a driver’s licence and reliable transport.
