Competitive hourly rate: from $57.50 per hour + shift loading.
Monday to Friday set shifts - finish early on Fridays!

Temporary role with potential to transition to permanent role (pending performance).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, & scheduled maintenance on a variety of trucks.
Troubleshoot & repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet compliance and safety standards.
Maintain accurate service records, job cards & work orders.
Work independently with minimal supervision during the afternoon shift.
Uphold workshop safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Requirements:

Australian trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic OR Diesel Mechanic (Cert III)
1 + years demonstrated Australian experience on relevant trucks, Volvo, DAF, Mercedes & Dennis Eagle vehicles.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
Ability to work across a 5 day work week, potential rotating shifts.
Reliable, self motivated, & able to work autonomously.
HR or MC Licence is highly regarded but not essential.
Ability to meet D&A screening as well as pass a pre employment medical.
