POSITION OVERVIEW

We at PEOPLE CAST PTY LTD are seeking a Head Sommelier to work on a full-time basis for a fine dining restaurant owned and operated by our client in the Brisbane Central Business District, Queensland.

POSITION SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the skills to play a senior front-of-house role in delivering wine service at the venue, including providing diners with expert advice on food and wine pairing.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

• Relevant AQF Certificate II or Certificate III preferred.
• 2 years of relevant, full-time work experience preferred.
• Ability to work on a full-time basis.

POSITION SALARY

$90,000.00 per annum (+ super)
