Harvest & Processing Workers -Casual Average of 30 hours per week - commencing January/February 2027 for up to 12 months.

Bulmer Farms is recruiting for casual harvest and processing workers, commencing Janaury 2027 for work through to December 2027. We are located 3 hours east of Melbourne in the Lindenow Valley East-Gippsland, and are seeking up to 50 casual harvest and processing workers.

Duties & Responsibilities - Harvest Worker

-Cutting, picking or machine harvesting of vegetables in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met -Understand and adhere to all food safety practices

• Care for crops, including pinching, as required by Harvest Supervisor -Safely and responsibly use any equipment, including knives and harvest machinery, provided by Bulmer Farms
• Follow and adhere to OHS guidelines as specified by Bulmer Farms and Worksafe Australia

Duties & Responsibilities - Processing Worker

-Completing a range of duties in the processing area, including box making, packing and stacking of boxes ready for delivery -Operating the wash line machinery, in a safe and efficient matter -Ensuring productivity and quality goals are met -Understand and adhere to all food safety practices -Safely and responsibly use any equipment provided by Bulmer Farms -Follow and adhere to OHS guidelines as specified by Bulmer Farms and Worksafe Australia

Selection Criteria – Harvest & Processing Worker

-Can follow instructions and apply new processes quickly -Ability to work in a team environment -Demonstrate good communication skills -Able to work nights and work in all temperatures and weather conditions -Can follow quality processes -Strong work ethic and punctual

These roles are physically demanding and require standing for long periods of time, duties may be repetitive and manual handling is required.
