We're Hiring: Chicken Farm Labourer - Join a Growing Poultry Team! Are you looking for hands-on, stable work in the agricultural sector? Our client, a poultry producer, is seeking motivated and reliable Chicken Farm Labourers to join their operations. About the Role As a Chicken Farm Labourer, you'll be involved in the day-to-day care and management of poultry, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and farm hygiene. Duties include: Feeding and watering birds Collecting and grading eggs if applicable Shed cleaning and equipment maintenance Assisting with health checks, vaccinations, and treatments Humane culling of birds when required, following strict welfare protocols General farm upkeep Hours and Pay: Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, hours vary depending on workload Average: Approximately 27 hours per week Pay: Competitive rates of 30.35 per hour What We're Looking For: Physically fit and comfortable working in a farm environment Willingness to handle poultry, including culling when necessary Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous farm or poultry experience is desirable but not essential, full training provided What's on Offer: Flexible hours within a consistent weekday schedule Ongoing training and development Supportive workplace culture Potential for long-term employment How to Apply: Email your resume to or click Apply on this website Need More Information?
