FUNCTION MANAGER CASUAL / PART TIME

The Deck Brighton is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Function Manager to join our team. This is a casual / part time position, perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, loves events and enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all function enquiries, bookings and client communications Plan and coordinate events from start to finish Prepare run sheets and liaise with kitchen, bar and floor teams Oversee event setup, styling and smooth on-the-day operations Work with suppliers to ensure high standards of food, service and customer experience Handle payments, follow up with clients and build repeat business

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience in functions or events (hospitality preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills Friendly, professional and able to work independently Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences Reliable and a team player
