Full Time Multimedia Designer Salary: $80,000 + superannuation

Duties:

1. Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, icons, photography-based asset, and other visual assets to support and enhance promotional campaigns, digital displays, website content, and in-store marketing materials, in various formats, including social media, print, and installations (motion graphic, video, interactive modules, etc.).
2. Producing mock-ups and storyboards that provide a rough idea about the finished working design.
3. Develop creative concepts and solutions tailored to target customers and marketing objectives.
4. Utilizing design software, motion graphics tools, and video editing applications to produce visual imagery, motion content, and multimedia assets.
5. Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, effects, and text overlays to produce polished, engaging videos.
6. Ensuring multimedia is consistent branding and alignment with guidelines.
7. Research and select the best software, tools, and technologies for multimedia production, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in delivering content.
8. Selects, specifies or recommends functional and aesthetic materials and media for publication, delivery or display
9. Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive and innovative multimedia solutions.
10. Document and archive multimedia projects for future reference and use.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Design or above
• At least 1 year of experience in creating digital, social media, print, motion graphic or video-based promotional content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, image editing and production-ready artwork preparation.
