Full Time Human Resource Advisor $80,000 P.A. plus superannuation
Duties and Responsibility
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate staff recruitment.
- Assist in resolving disputes by advising on workplace matters.
- Represent industrial, commercial, union, employer in negotiaitons on issues such as pay rates and conditions of employment.
- Support the human resource policies and programs.
- Follow occupational health & safety requirements.
Required Skills
- Hold qualification in human resource or management and at least 2 years work experience in the industry.
