Salary: $87500 Work type: full-time
Duties: • Provide high-level administrative and operations support, and advise on financial matters, facility upgrades, and staff management. • Make important administrative decisions and recommendations to senior management. • Coordinate and analyse research and planning strategies. • Manage staff to ensure the efficient and smooth running of business operations. • Develop and implement policies, rules, and regulations for use by staff in the organisation. • Manage and provide advice to support the finance management function, including budgetary requirements, financial authorisations and delegations. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired objectives and outcomes, and to ensure all responsibilities are undertaken effectively. • Represent the company in external negotiations, conventions, seminars and forums, advocating for new and existing programs and policies.
Job Requirements: • Over 5 years of relevant working experience • Bachelor's and above
