We are currently seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our growing operations team based in Moorebank.

The Role

As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international shipments while ensuring a high level of service for customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international import and export freight movements Manage bookings with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents Prepare and process freight documentation accurately and efficiently Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delays or issues Provide exceptional customer service and regular shipment updates Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations Maintain accurate records within company systems Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Strong freight forwarding experience within imports, exports, or end-to-end operations Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and feedback A genuine interest in technology and how AI can improve productivity and workflow A desire to grow your career within a global organisation
