They are now seeking a meticulous Finishes Foreman to drive the fit-out and final delivery stages of a landmark $400m+ luxury apartment development. If you possess an uncompromising eye for detail, outstanding subcontractor management skills, and a passion for delivering flawless architectural finishes, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your expertise within a high-performing, dynamic team. The Role

Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
Excellent build knowledge and people management
We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required

Experience/Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 year's proven experience for a head contractor in Australia in the tier 1/2 space. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred). Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
