Hays is the global leader in specialised recruitment. We are partnered with a regional gold mine to find an experienced FIFO Storeperson for a 7:7 roster.

Your new role

• 7:7 / 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth to regional WA gold mine.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using PRONTO and warehouse management systems.

• Receive, inspect, catalogue and issue mining consumables, tools, PPE and spare parts for underground and surface operations.

• Coordinate freight, deliveries and stock movements between warehouse, workshops and underground crews.

• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.

• Operate forklifts, telehandlers and other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Support maintenance and production teams by ensuring critical parts and consumables are available when required.

• Adhere to all safety, environmental and site compliance requirements, promoting a zero-harm culture.

• Assist with warehouse housekeeping, storage optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Permanent Australian Working Rights are required: Permanent Residency or Citizenship.

• A current WA Manual Driver's Licence is required.

• A current WA HRWL (forklift) Licence is required.

• Pronto experienced is highly preferred.

• Able to medical, NPC, and start immediately.
