The Bonaccord Group is an Australian-owned and operated family business producing quality produce since 1975 and freighting perishable goods since 1989. Located in Eastern Victoria, its close proximity to the Gippsland lakes system means temperatures are mild, creating ideal growing conditions all year round. With rich alluvial soils, and the Mitchell River along with some private off-river storage for irrigation, Bonaccord produces a range of fresh produce that can be picked, cooled, packed and freighted for purchase the next day by the consumer, both within Victoria and interstate.

We are currently seeking 2 reliable farmhands to join our team. A farmhand is responsible for all kinds of work around the farm, e.g. planting and harvesting crops, managing irrigations, maintaining fences, applying fertiliser and pesticides, operating tractor and other mechanical equipment, etc.

Successful applicants must:
• Have Excellent English Communication skills
• Have Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Be physically fit
• Have knowledge of the safe and legal operation of farming vehicles and machinery.
• Have own transport & current driver’s licence.

Permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) plus overtime. Some weekend and public holiday work are available.
