Nutrano Produce Group requires 4 hardworking and dedicated farm hands for our Gin Gin, QLD location to commence around November 2026 for up to 4 years.

Duties: Duties include (but are not limited to) general farm work such as crop pruning and thinning, weeding, tractor and machinery operation, crop irrigation and herbicide application. Other duties include fruit picking, packing, and sorting.

Requirements:
• The work is outdoors and is very physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, reaching, bending, standing and walking.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team within a large culturally diverse workforce is essential.
• These are long-term roles; the successful applicants need to be able to commit to a placement of up to 4-years.
• Early morning starts will be required - start and finish times may vary depending on season and harvest requirements.
• Applicants must be willing and able to attend other Nutrano sites (Victoria, NT) on request.
• No previous skills or qualifications are required; training will be provided. However, relevant licenses are required for tractor and machinery operation.
• A pre-employment medical and screening will be required.
• Applicants must have full Australian Working Rights for the period of employment.

Applications: Successful applicants will be offered fulltime employment under the Nutrano Group-Enterprise Agreement 2017. Hours of work will be 38 hours per week. Weekend and night work will be required, dependent on season requirements.

These roles are classified under ‘Unit Group 8412 Crop Farm Workers’ by ANZSCO - Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations.
