The team at Flexiforce are seeking an experienced and mechanically-minded Factory Hand for a manufacturing company in Goulburn, NSW.

The successful applicant will possess a solid range of relevant skillsets acquired from within the field, with a background of machinery operation or mechanical engineering, to better assist in the manufacturing, production, and fabrication of mechanical components. The ideal candidate will also be open to receiving potential training of the site’s CNC machining processes.

This role offers ongoing employment, Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm, and is an immediate start.

Police check or willingness to obtain one is essential. LF Forklift Licence is highly regarded.

Main criteria:
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Background of machinery operation or mechanical engineering
• Strong underlying knowledge and a solid range of skillsets in the field
• Physically capable of manual handling
• Great work ethic and can-do-attitude
• Eagerness to learn on the job
• Excellent attention to detail
• Efficient time management skills
• Effective communication and comprehension skillsets
• Ability to work in a team environment or without supervision
• Strong focus on safety practices within the workplace
