JOB TITLE: Domestic vacate cleaner

Undertake cleaning of all aspects of residential rental properties, and residential properties for sale.

JOB TYPE: Casual

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comprehensive cleaning of kitchen cupboards, draws, oven, cooktop and range hood, tiles splash backs and bench tops.
• Comprehensive cleaning of bathroom/s cupboards, draws, shower screens/tiles and grouting, bathtub and tiles, vanities and mirrors.
• Cleaning of walls, doors, architraves and skirting boards.
• Detail cleaning of window glass, frames, tracks and sills (internal/external).
• Dusting and/or wiping of window furnishings.
• Cobweb removal internal/external.
• Cleaning of light fittings and shades.
• Damp dusting throughout property.
• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.
• Collection and removal of rubbish and abandoned goods. SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Attention to detail.
• Prior cleaning experience.
• Customer service experience, working with clients.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work autonomously at times.
• Understand and follow workplace procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Efficient, with excellent time management skills.
• Rigorous attention to detail.
• Physically fit, performing: o Medium to heavy lifting will be required at times. o Making repetitive motions. o Bending and twisting the body o Scaling up and down 2-3 step ladders. Personal Attributes:
