Distribution Centre Manager | Eagle Farm
We're partnering with a well-established national business to recruit an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead a high-performing operation based in Eagle Farm. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of a busy distribution centre, leading warehouse operations, driving safety, improving efficiencies and developing a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities

Lead all distribution centre operations, ensuring safety, service and operational performance targets are achieved. Manage and develop warehouse leaders and operational teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, inventory and logistics. Oversee labour planning, budgets, KPIs and operational reporting. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.

About You

Proven experience leading a distribution centre or large warehouse operation. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams. Sound understanding of warehouse, inventory and transport operations. Experience driving operational improvements and delivering measurable results. A safety-first mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
