Disability Support Worker (Casual) Abley Care, Southwest WA Location: Bunbury, Australind

Client: In-home support and Community Access for female and male clients

Support hours: Flexible including weekends

Role Overview: As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide compassionate support to individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Our client requires daily living activities, community participation ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients independence and daily routines Supporting participate in local community activities Requirements:

Relevant experience in disability support or a related field.

  • Cert III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach to care.

Starting Casual Rate: Weekday: $37.40 Saturday: $52.72 Sunday: $67.21 Public Holidays: $86.70 KM's travel reimbursed @ $1/Km travelled while on shift.
