Support Worker - Permanent Part-Time People-Centred Support Worker Required Permanent Part-time $36.00 per hour Recruitment 247 is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker on behalf of our client. This is a rewarding opportunity to support an individual in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their home and community. About the Role You will provide person-centred support to a client who is a wheelchair user and requires assistance with personal care and mobility. The successful candidate will be compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. This role involves:

Personal care and daily living support
Assisting a client who uses a wheelchair
Use of a Sara Steady transfer aid
Building a positive and supportive relationship with the client
Encouraging independence while maintaining dignity and respect
Morning shifts of 3 hours
Evening shifts of 2 to 3 hours
Availability across 7 days per week
Additional hours may be required Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Experience providing personal care and manual handling support
