Site Supervisor - Industrial / Warehousing Your new company Your new company is a well-established and growing commercial builder with a strong pipeline of industrial and logistics projects across South East Queensland. Known for delivering high-quality warehouse and distribution facilities, they have built a reputation for reliability, strong client relationships, and consistent project delivery. With repeat work from key clients, they offer a stable and supportive environment for their site teams. Your new role As a Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of on-site delivery for industrial warehouse projects, typically ranging from $5M to $25M. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating subcontractors across structure, finishes, and external works (including hardstand and services) Overseeing tilt panel installation, structural steel, and warehouse construction activities Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved Maintaining a strong site safety culture and compliance with all WHS standards Managing quality assurance and ensuring defect-free handover Liaising with project managers, clients, and consultants

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience delivering industrial or warehouse projects as a Site Supervisor or leading Foreman. You will have:

Demonstrated experience on industrial / warehouse projects (ideally tilt panel builds) QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders Licence Required Strong ability to coordinate trades and manage site programmes Sound knowledge of structure, services, and external works A proactive and hands-on leadership style Strong understanding of safety, QA, and construction processes Relevant trade or construction qualifications and QBCC licence (preferred)
