Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will oversee subcontractors, manage site activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality requirements. The role will involve working on commercial projects, requiring strong leadership and organisational skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, OH&S regulations, and site management practices
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Stable career history demonstrating reliability and commitment
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
