Founded by Registered Nurses, we specialise in supporting people with complex health and disability needs while promoting person-centred care, clinical excellence, and positive participant outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Support Registered Nurse to join our growing Clinical Team. This diverse role combines clinical assessment, care coordination, staff education, and clinical leadership.

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Registered Nurse, you will be a key member of our Clinical and Operations Team and often the first clinical point of contact for new participants. You will work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, medical practitioners, and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

? Conduct participant assessments and reviews

? Develop and review support plans and care plans

? Complete clinical, behavioural and manual handling risk assessments

? Coordinate services and collaborate with stakeholders

? Provide clinical guidance and support to disability support workers

? Assist with medication management, wound care, PEG and other clinical supports

? Deliver staff training, inductions and competency assessments

? Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and audits

? Support participants and families throughout their care journey

? Participate in an on-call roster as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Bachelor of Nursing Experience in clinical assessment, care planning and case coordination Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of disability, community services and/or aged care sectors Understanding of NDIS and person-centred practice Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Current First Aid and CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle Why Join Amity Care Services?
