Your new company

The role is working Monday to Friday with the possibility for weekend work. The role will be working between the kitchen, working as a kitchenhand and for the afternoon working as a cleaner, cleaning the facilities or working in laundry.

Your new role

• Daily cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, offices, kitchens and common areas.
• Operation of hand held equipment; vacuum cleaners, blowers
• Removal of rubbish, and appropriate disposal of rubbish, including rubbish to be recycled in accordance with site requirements
• Ensuring a professional and approachable manner is maintained
• Kitchenhand duties, food prep, washing dishes, food safety, delivery of meals, cleaning of the kitchen

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid working with Children's Card – Blue card
• Current National police check
• Food Safety certificate
• A strong work ethic, including the ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team
• Demonstrated experience in providing cleaning services in accordance with a service standard
• Familiarity with and previous use of a range of materials and equipment to clean surfaces, site areas and maintain clean and hygienic conditions in work area
• Ensuring the delivery of quality services
• The ability to work under pressure, including an eye for detail
