Your new company

Our client is a leading civil and infrastructure contractor delivering road construction, maintenance, and asphalt projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes, they are seeking experienced Civil Operators to join their growing workforce.

Your new role

As a Civil Operator, you will be working across a variety of road construction and asphalt projects throughout regional Queensland. This role will involve both local and away work, with employees typically working away for up to two weeks at a time. You will be responsible for the safe operation of civil machinery while supporting crews with road maintenance, asphalt works, and general civil construction activities. Travel time is paid, accommodation is provided while away, and transport to site is supplied in a company vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Current White Card
  • Relevant civil plant operating tickets and experience
  • Previous road construction, civil, or asphalt experience
  • Current driver's licence
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to work away from home for up to two weeks at a time
  • Reliable and able to work within a team environment
  • Contactable work references
