Hays are partnering with reputable civil contractors experiencing continued growth across Adelaide. Due to increasing project demands, we are seeking experienced Civil Labourers for long-term opportunities across a variety of civil construction projects.

Your new role
As a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

General civil labouring duties Trenching and ground preparation Assisting plant operators and site crews Spotting plant and equipment Installation of civil infrastructure Site clean-up and manual handling tasks Working safely within confined spaces and at heights Maintaining a safe and organised worksite

What you'll need to succeed

White Card (Essential) Working at Heights Ticket (Essential) Confined Space Ticket (Essential) Previous civil construction experience highly regarded Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work effectively within a team environment
