Job Title: General Labourers - Machine Operators
Location: Adelaide SA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual with view to Permanent
Pay Rate: $38.75 - $45/ hr + Super + Overtime

About the Role
We are seeking motivated Civil Labourers to join our growing civil construction team for immediate start across local infrastructure projects.
If you are a hands-on worker looking to expand your skills, operate plant machinery, and build a long-term career in civil construction, this is the opportunity for you. We actively invest in our team and offer a clear HR Truck Licence Pathway - we will support and train eligible candidates to gain their Heavy Rigid licence on the job.

Key Responsibilities

General civil labouring duties (trenching, pipe laying, pit installation, site prep, and cleanup).
Safe operation of plant equipment, specifically Skid Steer (Bobcat) and Civil Rollers .
Assisting with earthworks, paving, and road construction tasks / Basic site maintenance and manual handling.
Adhering strictly to site health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in civil construction or earthworks.
Valid tickets for Skid Steer and Rollers (or proven competency).
Construction Induction Card (White Card) .
Valid Driver's Licence (C Class) and reliable transport.
Fit and reliable, with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
HR Driver's Licence is highly regarded, but not required (pathway provided).
