Cibaria Manly is a beachside Italian venue where moody wine bar vibes meet the best of Italian food—antipasti, pizzetta, pasta, and mouth-watering gelato. Fronted by the team at Pavoni Plus Pty Ltd of a’Mare Sydney, we bring Italian hospitality & familial warmth to the Northern Beaches.

Our menu celebrates the diverse flavours of Italy, paired with an exceptional wine list featuring a heavy lean on Italian varietals, alongside standout selections from France, New Zealand, and Australia.

We’re seeking experienced Sommeliers to join our opening team in what will be a bustling 350-capacity venue. With a la carte service, group bookings, and special events, we need professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We Look For
• A great personality and a can-do attitude
• Prior experience in world-class venues
• A passion for Italian wine and food

Essential Requirements
• Full Australian working rights
• Current NSW RSA Certificate
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Sommelier and/or
• Diploma Hospitality
• Strong food and wine pairing knowledge
• Ability to stay cool under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards

Preferred Extras
• Italian language skills are a bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing expert food and wine pairing recommendations
• Delivering exceptional drinks service, supporting section waiters
• Assisting with glassware clearing and replacement
