Teamswork Services is seeking up to 15 reliable and motivated Housekeeping Attendants to work on a casual basis at accommodation and hospitality facilities throughout the Margaret River region. Positions are expected to commence between September and November 2026.

The Margaret River region is one of Western Australia's premier tourism destinations, attracting visitors from across Australia and overseas. We are seeking dedicated team members who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Position Details
• Up to 15 casual positions available
• Hours will vary according to operational requirements and occupancy levels
• Weekend, public holiday and peak-season work may be required
• Shift times may vary, with shifts commencing as early as 6:00am and finishing as late as 12:00am
• Work may be performed at various accommodation and hospitality venues throughout the Margaret River region
• Ongoing work available for suitable applicants

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Clean and service guest rooms, villas, chalets and other accommodation facilities to established standards
• Make beds and replenish guest amenities
• Clean and maintain public areas, including reception areas, corridors, function spaces, dining areas and other common areas
• Deliver and distribute linen, cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Assist with laundry operations as required
• Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving supplies and equipment
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned and stored appropriately
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout all work sites

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements

Remuneration Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 and/or other applicable industrial instruments, with classification and pay rate determined by relevant skills, qualifications and experience. Casual loading, penalty rates and other applicable entitlements will be paid in accordance with the relevant Award.
