HIRING: CASUAL HOSPITALITY ALL-ROUNDERS 🚀 Looking for a flexible side hustle with total control over your schedule? Mr. B Cleaning and Services is expanding our casual on-call talent pool! We need fast-paced, independent individuals who don't need to be constantly supervised and can jump straight into the floor action. 🔥 THE ROLE: Being an "All-Rounder" means flexibility! You must be able to do at least TWO (or all) of the following based on our weekly client demands: 👉 Commercial Cleaning: (Mostly Morning/Afternoon shifts) – Standard & deep cleaning setups, venue turnarounds. 👉 Kitchen Hand / Utility: (Afternoon/Late Night shifts) – High-speed commercial dishwashing, kitchen deep cleaning, basic food prep. 👉 Waitstaff / Front of House: (Afternoon/Late Night shifts) – Serving food/drinks, clearing tables, maintaining floor presentation. 📌 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ✅ 1–2 years of solid experience in a fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, or professional cleaning environment. ✅ High initiative, someone who knows what needs to be done on the floor without being told. ✅ Must be available for WEEKEND SHIFTS (Saturday/Sunday). ✅ Good, proper, and prompt communication skills with our management team. ✅ Reliable smartphone with active mobile data (for our roster and QR code log-in). 🌟 WHY JOIN US? 🔹 Total Flexibility: Pick up and accept only the shifts that match your personal schedule. 🔹 Streamlined Payouts: Competitive casual rates paid weekly or fortnightly (depending on the venue you are assigned to). ⚠️ NOTE: This is strictly a Casual, On-Call roster placement.
