Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Manager to join the team at our new location and are currently offering Visa Sponsorship Opportunities. If you have a passion for food and beverage in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring professional service and immaculate presentation of the venue

• Having good knowledge of wines and other beverages

• Leading, growing, and developing the next lot of superstar hospitality professionals

• Managing restaurant bookings via our online booking system

• Overseeing and directing restaurant staff across multiple areas, including the bar.

• Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations

• Ordering Stock

• Creating staff rosters

The required skills and experience for this role include:

• Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager

• The ability to work well under pressure and multitask

• A current RSA

• Exceptional Customer Service

• An Approved Managers Certificate or the willingness to obtain one

• Available to work flexible hours
