You will be working for a leading Telco company based in Sydney CBD.
Your new role
You will play a key role in the evolution of customer-facing products and platforms, with a strong focus on BSS, CRM, middleware and digital channel integration.What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Solution Architect within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong experience within the telecommunications industry
- Deep understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Siebel CRM (highly preferred) and/or Salesforce.
- Experience designing solutions involving middleware and API management platforms, including Apigee.
- Knowledge of customer, product, billing and order management systems.
