About the Role As a Branch Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional service to our local customers. This position operates on a casual basis to provide cover for planned annual leave and unexpected sick leave, offering varied hours that fit around your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, account inquiries, and digital banking solutions.

Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service at every interaction.

Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate specialist products or team members.
