WE ARE HIRING: BARISTA & SITE SUPERVISOR ☕ Join the team at Miyama Melbourne! We’re looking for an experienced Barista and Site Supervisor — part roles, 3–4 days per week. BARISTA
• Minimum 1.5 years barista experience, inc experience working in Melbourne
• Confident working as a solo barista and handling busy CBD rush
• Consistent coffee quality, efficient workflow and a clean workstation
• Assist with taking orders, POS and preparing/batching drink formulas daily SITE SUPERVISOR
• Previous café or hospitality supervisory experience
• Confident leading , supporting the team and keeping service running smoothly
• Able to handle customer feedback and resolve day-to-day issues
• Comfortable managing cashier and café opening and closing duties FOR BOTH ROLES
• Reliable, punctual and clear communication
• Available for 3–4 days per week. Fixed days available.
• Available for opening/closing shifts, with shifts generally within 9:15am–5:15pm 📍 Melbourne Central
